For AI Visibility requests, we may collect business name, city, industry, contact email, phone or WhatsApp number if provided, public profile links, and notes you submit. For Second Opinion requests, we may collect purchase type, pasted details, documents or text you provide, contact email, and related context.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your request, prepare reports, contact you about the service, improve internal workflows, and maintain records required for operating the business.

Sensitive information

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information. If a document contains sensitive details, remove account numbers, passwords, identity numbers, and unrelated personal data before submission where possible.

Storage and third-party tools

Form submissions may be stored in free third-party tools such as Google Sheets, Formspree, or Tally. Email delivery may use a free transactional email provider. These providers process data according to their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the workflow, when required by law, or with your consent.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
